A Letter from Jose Padilla

Jose Padilla is a family man who lives and works in Tennessee. He is dedicated to his wife and 3 sons. He was arrested by the FBI in February 2021 in front of his wife and children. This traumatized his family. The resultant loss of income resulted in his wife having to move out and move between family members while working multiple jobs to make ends meet. Padilla was a proud supporter of President Trump and is a disabled American veteran. The following is an excerpt from one of his letters to Patriot Freedom Project:

“December 18, 2021

Detained 297 days without a trial date

Being a political prisoner isn’t easy. I’ve not seen my wife or children in almost a year. I was denied proper mental healthcare until this very month, and have been subjected to mental, physical and racial abuse. This is my burden to carry, an all too familiar one to anyone who has spent time in the Justice system, but it’s not unbearable…

I urge anyone reading this who wishes to support ALL Jan 6th Patriots to go to PatriotFreedomProject.com and donate to the legal defense fund, or for a more direct link to a patriot, you can find a page on the site with links to many of the fundraising drives of my fellow detainees in D.C. Gitmo, as well as others who are detained around the country. These donations to go directly help patriots and their families during this difficult time.

I would like to thank you for reading this, I would also like to express my sincere appreciation and thanks to all who have supported us that are unconstitutionally detained after January 6th, and our mission to bring the truth and light of what really happened that day. I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude and thanks to the fine people at the Patriot Freedom Project, without which my family would be in a much worse position than they are.

I remain, until I am free, a political prisoner.

Jose Padilla”
